*Tigerair Flights Update

If you booked with Tigerair Australia

Tigerair Australia has ceased operations. This means if you held a Tigerair credit, you’ll have been given a Future Flight credit to use with Virgin Australia, for the value of your Tigerair credit.

If you have not received any communication regarding your Future Flight credit, please contact our Guest Contact Centre on 13 67 89 and have at least three of the following handy:

• Tigerair booking number
• Date of booking
• Total cost of booking
• Details of booked flights
• Names of other passengers on booking
• Your date of birth

If you booked with Virgin Australia Holidays

Virgin Australia Holidays has ceased operations. This included Mystery Breaks, AFL Travel, Supercars Travel and Tigerair Travels packages.

This means if you held a booking or credit with Virgin Australia Holidays, you’ll have been given a Future Flight credit to use with Virgin Australia, for the value of your booking (less any cancellation fees charged by a supplier).

If you booked with a travel agent

You’ll need to contact your agent directly to make any changes to your booking (including the use of credits). We can’t make any changes unless your travel agent gives us express authority to do so. If you’d like us to help you with your Future Flight credit, just have your agent contact our Industry Support Desk.
