International Check-in

All guests flying on our international services must check in at the airport via our check-in counters.

International Check-in is available from 3 hours up to 90 minutes before your scheduled flight departure.

Partner Airline Check-in

Please check in with the carrier operating your flight. The operating carrier would have been clearly displayed on the website at the time you made your booking, and will be included on your itinerary.

Airport information screens display flight information concerning applicable flight numbers.

Counter Check-in

Our ground crew is available and ready to help you check in at our check-in counters.

Counter Check-in is available from 2 hours up to 30 minutes before your scheduled flight departure.

Travel Essentials

Before arriving at the airport, it is important that guests take note of our specific baggage and attire guidelines. Guests who do not meet these guidelines may be prevented from boarding.

Boarding begins 20 minutes prior to take off. To assure that our services depart on time, guests must adhere to check-in and boarding time frames. Our aircraft will not be held at the boarding gate for late guests.
