Understanding your Standard credit

You may have a Standard credit if you had a booking made from 21 April 2020 onwards that was cancelled.

Depending on how you booked your flight, you may be provided with a Standard credit in different ways. Select how your booking was originally made from the below tabs, to find out which rules apply to your Standard credit.

Features of Standard credits stored in a Travel Bank

If you booked directly with Virgin Australia, your Standard credit will be issued to you as a Standard credit in a Travel Bank. You can use the Standard credit to make a new booking directly with Virgin Australia on our website or through our Guest Contact Centre, through using your Travel Bank details.
