Earning Points with Virgin Australia Business Flyer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Members can earn up to 1,000,000 Points from completed travel on eligible flights marketed and operated by Virgin Australia or marketed by Virgin Australia and operated by eligible airline partners, per annum, based on the rolling 12-month period from when the Member joins Virgin Australia Business Flyer. 3. Pay with Points: Minimum 100 Points required when using Pay with Points. Payment surcharge may apply. Virgin Australia fare rules apply to Pay with Points flight bookings. When using Pay with Points as your payment method for Economy X upgrades and additional baggage fees, the full amount of these items must be paid in Points.
4. Business Class Upgrade: Velocity members with an existing Economy Flex or Economy Choice fare booking (Economy Lite fares are ineligible for Upgrades) on a Virgin Australia flight and ticket number are eligible to bid for an upgrade to Business Class on eligible Virgin Australia Domestic and Virgin Australia Trans-Tasman and Short-Haul International flights. Velocity members who upgrade via an UpgradeMe Points request will be charged a single Velocity Points price for requests per each one-way miles zone, starting from 10,000 Velocity Points for Virgin Australia Domestic routes and 8,000 Velocity Points for Virgin Australia Trans-Tasman and Short-Haul International routes. The final Points price redeemed will reflect the published price at the time when the request was made (even if the request is waitlisted) rather than when the member's upgrade request is accepted. 26. Sniip and Virgin Australia Business Flyer Partner Terms & Conditions
Earn 1 Velocity Point for your business for every $10 in bill payments transacted on your Sniip account by using an Eligible Payment Method. The total Velocity Points awarded is calculated by applying the Points earn rate of 1 Velocity Point per $10. For example, a bill payment of $100 would earn 10 Velocity Points. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated as spend will be rounded down to the closest $10 increment. Velocity Points will not be awarded to Sniip customers who have not entered their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account number prior to completing a payment. - $500,001+ = 200,000 Points
- $250,001-$500,000 = 100,000 Points
- Less than $250,000 = 10,000 Points
2. Line of credit (LOC): 10,000 Points per LOC.
3. Ongoing Line of Credit: 1 Point for every $20 drawn.
Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated. 31. Virgin Australia Business Flyer and HungryHungry Partner Terms and Conditions
Virgin Australia Business Flyer has partnered with HungryHungry to permit hospitality businesses signed up with HungryHungry to earn Velocity Points for their business as follows:
a) Sign Up Offer – If your hospitality business becomes or is an existing Virgin Australia Business Flyer member (Member), and enters into a new Service Agreement with a minimum 24 month term with HungryHungry, it could earn a sign-up bonus of 3,334 Velocity Points per month over a 12-month period, provided that the account remains active. Bonus Velocity Points are credited in arrears in 12 equal monthly instalments up to a maximum of 40,008 Velocity Points. HungryHungry hospitality business partners will have 60 days after sign-up to HungryHungry to link their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account and properly notify HungryHungry, if not already a Member.

Sign Up Offer - If your business becomes or is an existing Virgin Australia Business Flyer member (Member), and it enters into a new contract or contract renewal with Trikon for eligible telephone system hardware (including PABX/Cloud Phone Systems) it could earn 1 Velocity Point for every $1 spent on eligible telephone system hardware.
b. Ongoing Earn - Linked Members may also earn Velocity Points on an ongoing basis, when they spend on eligible monthly billing for ongoing access to telecommunications services with Trikon at a rate of 1 Velocity Point for every $1 spent on eligible billings. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated.
New Trikon customers who sign up during semi-annual promotion events and satisfy all other applicable promotion terms and conditions may be entitled to receive 10,000 bonus Velocity Points. These promotions may be subject to minimum contract and purchase conditions and other exclusions.

iv. is a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, provides their Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership ID (i.e., their business’ ABN) at the time of signing-up for the ENGIE Business Flyer plan or the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan, or signs up to Virgin Australia Business Flyer at the time of signing up for the ENGIE Business Flyer plan or the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan and their Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership is subsequently approved;
v. provides ENGIE with a valid email address which the business customer controls and can access; and
vi. for the ENGIE Business Flyer plan, is on a small business tariff as assigned by their distribution network or for the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan, operates a home based business.
b. Velocity Points will be credited to a Business Member’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer account for the Sign-up Bonus Points within 5 business days of ENGIE starting to supply energy on the relevant Offer.
c. A Business Member will only be eligible to receive their Sign-up Bonus Points if they:
i. have a current Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership; and
ii. are a current ENGIE customer on the ENGIE Business Flyer plan or the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan which is linked to their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account.
d. If the Business Member ceases to hold a Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership, their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account is not linked to their ENGIE Business Flyer Plan or their ENGIE Home Business Flyer Plan or is not an ENGIE customer on an ENGIE Business Flyer plan or an ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan prior to the Velocity Points being credited for the Sign-up Bonus Points, the Business Member will forfeit the Velocity Points from the Sign-up Bonus Points.
Ongoing Earn:
a. New and existing ENGIE Business Flyer or ENGIE Home Business Flyer customers can earn:
i. 3 Velocity Points per $1 paid to and received by ENGIE (including any GST, value added tax, sales tax or similar taxes) for electricity;
ii. 2 Velocity Points per $1 paid to and received by ENGIE (including any GST, value added tax, sales tax or similar taxes) for gas;
if the ENGIE business customer:
iii. is a current ENGIE business customer on the ENGIE Business Flyer plan or the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan; and
iv. is a current Virgin Australia Business Flyer member and has provided their Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership ID (i.e., their business’ ABN) at the time of signing-up for the ENGIE Business Flyer plan or the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan, or signed up for a Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership at the time of signing up for the ENGIE Business Flyer plan or the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan and their Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership was subsequently approved; and
v. provides ENGIE with a valid email address which the business customer controls and can access.
b. Velocity Points will be credited for the Ongoing Earn each time the Business Member pays a bill for the ENGIE Business Flyer plan or the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan and within 5 business days of ENGIE receiving payment from the Business Member.
c. The Business Member’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership and ENGIE Business Flyer plan or the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan must both be in place and linked on the date on which the Velocity Points are credited for the Ongoing Earn.
d. If the Business Member ceases to hold a Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership, their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account is not linked to their ENGIE Business Flyer plan or their ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan or is no longer an ENGIE business customer on the ENGIE Business Flyer plan or the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan, the Business Member will not be eligible for the Ongoing Earn and no further Velocity Points will be credited for the Ongoing Earn.
Roles of ENGIE and Velocity
a. The ENGIE Business Flyer plan and the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan are issued and supplied by IPower Pty Ltd (ACN 111 267 228) and IPower 2 Pty Ltd (ABN 24 070 374 293), trading as ENGIE ABN 67 269 241 237 and are subject to ENGIE’s Agreement Terms contained in a business customer’s Welcome Pack and these Terms and Conditions. If there is an inconsistency between the ENGIE Agreement Terms and these Terms and Conditions, the ENGIE Agreement Terms will take precedence.
b. Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd ABN 60 601 408 824 provides the Velocity Points for the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Program. A Business Member’s membership in the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Program is subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Program Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
c. Velocity is not the seller or supplier of the ENGIE Business Flyer plan or the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan, is not responsible for the ENGIE Business Flyer plan or the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan and is not authorised to negotiate or sell energy on behalf of ENGIE.
d. Business Members are required to contact ENGIE directly for any enquiries or for more information about the ENGIE Business Flyer plan or the ENGIE Home Business Flyer plan or any other electricity or gas services issued and/or supplied by ENGIE.
e. ENGIE does not provide and is not responsible for the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Program.
f. Business Members are required to contact Virgin Australia or Velocity (as applicable) for any enquiries relating to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Program or redemption of Velocity Points.
Privacy
a. ENGIE collects and handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
b. Velocity collects and handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
General
a. ENGIE and Velocity reserve the right to:
i. change this offer or terms and conditions or withdraw this offer at any time; or
ii. revoke or prevent allocation of any Velocity Points if either party suspects a breach of these terms and conditions, the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Program Terms and Conditions, ENGIE’s Agreement Terms including its Terms and Conditions, or if either party suspects that Velocity Points have been obtained fraudulently or illegally.
b. Velocity Points do not have cash value and cannot be converted to cash or refunded.

36. *Octet Offer Terms and Conditions:
If you settle a trade finance facility with Octet and you're a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, you can earn Velocity Points for your business.
1. Trade finance, debtor finance or term loan and/or equipment finance facility where the number of Points corresponds to the value of the approved and utilised facility, 1 Velocity Point for every $10 drawn and repaid. Plus receive 25,000 bonus Velocity Points when your first trade finance deal is settled.
2. Ongoing Line of Credit.
Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated. For ongoing lines of credit, the total Velocity Points awarded is calculated by applying the Velocity Points earn rate to the number of $10 increments you have drawn, with increments of less than $10 rounded to the nearest whole number.
Velocity Points will be awarded to the nominated Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, which is linked to the relevant Octet account at the time of the relevant earn activity. Velocity Points will be allocated to the member’s account within 14 days after the end of the month in which Octet has received the amount receipted, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific campaign. 1. The QBE Virgin Australia Business Flyer Launch Offer (defined below) is available to members of the Virgin Australia Business Flyer program purchasing the Eligible Insurance Product (defined below) (“Eligible Customer”).
2. Eligible Customers must be a Virgin Australia Business Flyer Member prior to signing-up to an Eligible Insurance Product.
3. Eligible Customers must meet the following criteria to receive Velocity Points (the “Eligibility Criteria”):

b. the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Member must enter into an insurance policy with QBE for an Eligible Insurance Product (whether a new insurance policy or a first renewal of an existing insurance policy for an Eligible Insurance Product);
c. for the Acquisition Sign-Up Velocity Points offer (as defined at item 7 below), the Member must hold the Eligible Insurance Product for at least 90 days and make at least 1 premium payment in full under that insurance policy for the Eligible Insurance Product;
d. for the 12 Month Anniversary Bonus Velocity Points offer (as defined at item 8 below), the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Member must renew the policy and continue to hold the relevant Eligible Insurance Product for a period of at least 90 days from the renewal date and have made a renewal payment. 4. Virgin Australia Business Flyer Member account updates: If a customer changes their Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership number after purchasing an Eligible Insurance Product, QBE is unable to amend the membership number on the existing policy. To be eligible for Velocity Points, the customer will need to cancel the current Eligible Insurance Product and take out a new policy, providing the updated membership number at the time of purchase. The applicable Points offer will be determined by the purchase date of the new policy. Neither QBE nor Virgin Australia Business Flyer is responsible for any failure to award Velocity Points due to incorrect or outdated Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership information. 5. This QBE Virgin Australia Business Flyer Launch Offer is available for policies with a start date from 12.01am AEDT 19 November 2025 to 5.00PM AEST 30 June 2026, unless extended, varied or removed by QBE or Velocity prior to this date (“Launch Offer Period”).
