Any amount paid for using a credit or debit card will be included in the value of the Future Flight credit.
The card payment fee is non-refundable except where you are entitled to a refund of your fare under the Australian Consumer Law.
Virgin Australia is now accepting PayPal, a fast, secure, and convenient way to pay.

PayPal Pay in 4 allows you to pay for eligible purchases valued between AU$30 and $2,000 in 4 interest-free instalments.
A payment fee of 0.97% will be charged for PayPal and PayPal Pay in 4 transactions.
The payment fee is non-refundable except where you are entitled to a refund of your fare under the Australian Consumer Law.
Virgin Australia has teamed up with Zip to give you the opportunity to book now and pay later. Zip is a fast way to pay for your booking with flexible repayments from as little as $10 a week with no upfront payment! No payment fees apply when using Zip as your form of payment.

POLi is a fee free, secure payment method. You can pay for your flight and travel booking online using your internet banking. No payment fees apply when using POLi as your form of payment.
POLi is currently only available from Australian or New Zealand personal bank accounts when booking from the country of origin.
If you wish to use POLi, the amount due will be converted to either Australian (AUD) or New Zealand (NZD) dollars based on the currency of the bank account.
Pay with Velocity points, or points and pay combination. Simply login to your Velocity account during the booking process to continue.
Payment fees only apply if you part-pay the booking with a debit or credit card.
Pay with Travel Bank. Your Travel Bank username was sent to you via email. Simply login at the payment page to finalise your booking.
No payment fees apply.
If you have a gift card or gift voucher that was issued prior to April 2020, you can use this gift card or voucher to purchase your flights or other services that Virgin Australia provides (as set out in the gift voucher terms of use). Gift cards/vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. If you cannot find your expiry date, you can check your purchase receipt or try entering exactly three years minus 1 day from the date of issue.
To use your gift card or voucher, please contact the Guest Contact Centre (13 67 89) and advise that you want to pay for your booking with a gft card or voucher.
