Standard credits

Booked a trip on or after 21 April 2020? You’ll get a Standard credit under the rules of your fare. 

 

*Change without a fee on international routes for bookings made on or prior to 30 June 2022 for travel up to 31 December 2022. Changes must be made prior to your travel date. Fare differences may apply. Full terms and conditions here.

We have extended the expiry date of Future Flight credits and standard credits due to expire before 30 January 2023. Your credits will be available to make bookings until 31 January 2023, and can be used for travel up to 27 December 2023.

 Contactless check in You can do it online or through our app for domestic travel.

 Question time We make sure everyone does a pre-departure COVID-19 health questionnaire.

  High Efficiency Particular Air (HEPA) filtration Just a fancy way of saying that we scientifically clean the air. 

  We keep it clean We frequently sanitise high touch and traffic areas, along with rigorous nightly cleaning.
