Identifying Codeshare Flights
Please note that whilst your flight may have been booked through Virgin Australia under a Virgin Australia flight number (commencing with ‘VA’ or ‘DJ’), it may be operated by one of our partner airlines.
When you book through our website, you can identify codeshare flights by the symbol associated with the flight number. Flights operated by Virgin Australia are identified by a red triangle. Flights operated by other airlines partners will display a different symbol. If you place the cursor on the flight number the name of the airline operating the flight will display.
Your itinerary or e-ticket should state which airline is scheduled to operate your flight. This information can be found next to the flight number (e.g. operated by Virgin Australia).
