Velocity Frequent Flyer Points Earn for Sale Fares
^Velocity members can earn 5 Velocity Points per $1 spent on eligible domestic and international short haul flights with Virgin Australia (where a flight is operated by Virgin Australia with a VA flight number). A Velocity membership number must be added to the booking to earn Points, and the name on the booking must match the name on the Velocity membership. Reward Seat bookings and bookings on charter services will not earn Velocity Points. Silver, Gold and Platinum members may earn bonus Points, depending on their tier. Earn rates are correct as at 20 Dec 2024 and are subject to change. For bookings made before 2 April 2025, Velocity members will earn Status Credits based on the fare type originally purchased and number of miles flown for any Virgin Australia operated domestic and international short haul flights. Status Credits cannot be earned on all fare types. Status Credits accrual is based on single flight segments that consist of individual flight numbers.
