- Velocity Frequent Flyer has today launched a new online store that brings together the best of its previous Rewards Store and e-Store in one simplified place.
- Named the Velocity Store, members can now shop, earn and redeem Velocity Points seamlessly on more than 300 brands and thousands of products with participating retailers*.
- Members have access to more flexible payment options, including using Points, cash, or a combination of both on purchases.
- To celebrate the launch, members can earn 1,000 bonus Points when they complete their first eligible transaction^.

Wednesday 22 July 2026: Velocity Frequent Flyer is making it easier than ever for members to turn online shopping into their next holiday with the launch of a new Velocity Store, a single destination where members can earn and redeem Velocity Points* across 300 leading brands and thousands of products.
Bringing together the former Velocity Rewards Store and Velocity e-Store, the new Velocity Store delivers a simpler, more intuitive shopping experience, allowing members to browse, earn and redeem Velocity Points in one destination.
The launch comes as Australians continue to embrace online shopping, with consumers spending a record $82.6 billion online in 2025, up 14 per cent year-on-year and representing almost a quarter of all retail spending**.
Through the store, members can access thousands of products from leading brands and retailers including The ICONIC, Lululemon, Rebel, Apple, Samsung, Sony, Dyson, KitchenAid, Samsonite, JB HI-FI, PETstock, Nintendo, Disney, Ecosa, Garmin, Canon, Swarovski, Weber and more.
Members can earn 3 Points per $1 spent or redeem Velocity Points on thousands of products, including^^:

The Velocity Store is expected to grow with new retailers and brands to be introduced over the coming months, giving members even more opportunities to earn and redeem Points while shopping online for the brands they already know and love.

- Log in using Velocity Frequent Flyer membership details
- Browse thousands of products across a wide range of categories
- Add items to the Shopping Basket
- Pay using Velocity Points, cash or a combination of both with Points + Pay. Points used for payment will be deducted from the members Velocity account at the time of redemption
How to earn Velocity Points with Shop & Earn Retailers:
- Log in to the Velocity Store before shopping
- Check cookies are enabled, select a participating retailer and click ‘Shop Now’
- Shop a wide range of brands and earn 2 Points per $1 at most retailers*
- Earn Velocity Points on eligible purchases. Confirmation is provided via email and Points credited within 60 days once approved

Velocity Store Terms & Conditions
*Velocity members can earn and redeem Velocity Points on eligible products through the Velocity Store.
Members can:
- earn Velocity Points when shopping with participating retailers via the Velocity Store; and
- use Velocity Points, or a combination of Points and payment (Points + Pay), on selected products.
Members can earn Velocity Points when you purchase an eligible Product by using an Online Payment Method from either a Shop and Earn Retailer via the Velocity Store, or a Marketplace Seller where this is indicated on the relevant Product page.
For Shop and Earn purchases, you must be logged into your Velocity account and access participating retailer websites via links from the Velocity Store. Purchases must be completed in the same session, and cookies must be enabled in your browser for tracking, otherwise Points may not be awarded. Points earn rates vary by retailer and product, and not all purchases are eligible. Points are typically credited within 60 days. Separate merchant terms and conditions apply to all purchases, including for payment, delivery, returns and refunds.
Where you redeem Points, Points will be deducted at the time of purchase. Minimum redemption amounts may apply. If a refund is approved, any Points used will be recredited to your Velocity account.
Velocity is not the supplier of products listed in the Velocity Store. Any product enquiries, returns or refunds must be directed to the relevant retailer or seller.

Velocity Store 1,000 Bonus Points Offer Terms & Conditions
^Velocity Members that shop via the Velocity Store between 12:00am 12 May 2026 and 11:59pm 31 August 2026 AEST (“Offer Period”) will have the opportunity to earn 1,000 bonus Velocity Points (“Points Offer”) when they make an Eligible Transaction. An Eligible Transaction is a Member’s first ever transaction via the Velocity Store where the Member:
a. Redeems a minimum of 2,000 Velocity Points in one transaction via a Velocity Store Marketplace Seller; or
b. Spends a minimum of $50 (excluding shipping costs) in one transaction with a Marketplace Seller or via a Shop & Earn retailer on a Product or Products that are otherwise eligible for Velocity Points earn – not all Products available to be purchased through the Velocity Store are eligible for Points earn, and the relevant Product page will indicate if an item is eligible for Points earn.
The Points Offer is not available on the purchase or redemption of gift cards.
The Points Offer is only available to the first 30,000 Members who successfully complete an Eligible Transaction during the Offer Period. Once the 30,000 Member limit has been reached, no further Members will be eligible to receive the Points Offer. This Points Offer can only be used once by a Velocity Member.
To make an Eligible Transaction, the Velocity Member must either:
(a) while logged into their Velocity Store account, follow the unique link provided on the Velocity Store to a Shop and Earn Retailer’s website and make a purchase in that session; or
(b) access a Shop and Earn Retailer website via the Velocity Store ‘shop and earn’ browser plug-in installed and activated on their browser and make a purchase; or
(c) make a purchase from a Marketplace Seller via the Velocity Store website.
If a Member makes a purchase via a Velocity Store Shop & Earn Retailer, the Velocity Member agrees to the use of cookies to track and record purchases made by the Velocity Member via the Velocity Store so that Points are able to be awarded. It is the Velocity Member's responsibility to ensure that cookies are turned on in their browser and that the security settings in their browser allow the use of cookies. Purchases made via the Velocity Store are subject to the relevant Shop & Earn Retailer or Marketplace Seller’s terms and conditions, including in respect of price, delivery and returns policy.
For transactions made via a Shop & Earn Retailer, Velocity Members will be notified by email within 7 working days of the date of purchase whether the transaction was tracked. If a purchase is eligible for Points earn and has been approved by the retailer, Velocity Points for the purchase, including the bonus Points, will be credited to the Member’s Velocity account within 61 days of the date of purchase. The process of approving purchases and awarding Velocity Points is at the discretion of the retailer. Velocity may cancel any allocation of Velocity Points, including as part of the Points Offer or can reverse any allocated Velocity Points, including as part of the Points Offer if it is advised that: 1. the Member has cancelled the relevant purchase or returned the products, 2. an invalid e-Voucher or payment method was used at point of sale, 3. applicable purchase conditions are not satisfied (e.g. purchase invalid or ineligible), or 4. the retailer cancelled a purchase transaction (for instance due to product availability or any fraudulent behaviour by the Velocity Member).
