When your business become a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, Administrators or the listed Key Contact of the business account will receive two emails with instructions on how to activate the business account in both the Rewards Portal and the Business Booking Portal.
The Rewards Portal and the Business Booking Portal are different platforms which need to be activated separately.

Please note that only an Administrator or Key Contact will be able to access the Rewards Portal associated with the Virgin Australia Business Flyer account.
