7.30pm: For a slice of South America, treat yourself to the fun and funky Frank Restaurant & Bar based at Franklin Wharf on Hobart’s waterfront. Frank’s interior is worth the visit alone – graffitied chairs, stained glass windows, and a giant suspended telescope for starters..
8.30pm:Make the short trek to Sonny, home to wine, vinyl, and food. Life really doesn’t get any better. Make your way through the wine (and dine) menu while you listen to anything from King Gizzard to Japanese funk.
7am: Breakfast today is at Stock Market – located in a restored 150-year-old flour mill on Hobart’s waterfront. With an evolving menu, dishes are curated with the local seasonal produce. Everything from Eggs Benny to a sweet white miso waffle on offer.
8am: With so many award-winning hotels in Hobart to explore, move across to Henry Jones Art Hotel, where history and art collide in one of Hobart’s oldest waterfront warehouses. Located in the Hunter Street precinct the hotel neighbours with galleries, restaurants, bars, and cafés.
