During busy times, or for operational reasons, space for carry-on baggage can be limited onboard.

  • If the overhead lockers are full, our team may ask you to check your carry-on at the boarding gate.
  • Carry-on baggage that exceeds the carry-on weight and size limits are not permitted on board because they pose a safety risk and may cause injury to our guests and team members. If your carry-on baggage needs to be checked in at the gate, baggage fees may apply.
  • If your carry-on bag is over the size or weight limits of the carry-on allowance, please check your fare to see what checked baggage is included.
  • If you need an additional checked baggage allowance for your bag, we recommend purchasing additional checked baggage online prior to check in.
  • Checked bags can be collected from the baggage carousel at your destination.
