When to drop off your pets

Drop off for your pet closes 90 minutes before your flight's scheduled departure.

If you are travelling on a flight that is scheduled to depart before 7am, drop off of your pet closes between 90 - 50 minutes prior to departure depending on your origin port.

Pets cannot be dropped off earlier than these times.

Flights that will be open for service for animal travel will only be those flights between the defined days of operation listed below.
