Where can I find my E-Ticket number?
You can find your E-ticket number in the electronic ticket receipt sent to your email when you made your booking. It appears as the ticket number under the Guest Information section.

Your booking reference is a six-character code located at the top of your itinerary email.

What if my journey was more than 30 days ago?
If your journey was completed more than 30 days ago, you will need to contact our Guest Contact Centre to retrieve your Tax Invoice.
