Duty Free shopping is the fun start to your international travel journey, but restrictions do apply.
Normal baggage allowances apply to your Duty Free purchases, and if applicable, excess baggage charges may apply. If your purchases exceed carry-on baggage limits, you will need to check in your Duty Free shopping.
Duty Free Limits
|Alcoholic beverages||2.25 litres (approx 1.98 quarts) per person.||Must be 18+ years|
|Tobacco, cigarettes and cigars||50 cigarettes or 50 grams (approx 1.76 oz) of tobacco or cigar products per person. Includes all tobacco products in accompanied baggage, regardless of how or where they were purchased.||Must be 18+ years|

Note: Due to restriction mandated by the Australian Government, it is forbidden to carry liquids, aerosols or gels during transit at Abu Dhabi airport if your final destination is in Australia.
