Discounted fares for regional residents Terms and Conditions

*In order to access a discounted regional fare, you must be a member of Velocity Frequent Flyer and live in an eligible postcode. To check your eligibility and book a flight follow these steps: 1) Ensure your address including postcode is up to date in your Velocity account, 2) visit www.virginaustralia.com/au/en/specials/ and click on Regional Fares, 3) enter your Velocity membership number when prompted to check if you live in an eligible suburb, 3) if eligible, search for flights from your nearest Virgin Australia port of departure. Please note new Velocity members or address and postcode changes may take up to 48 hours to be reflected in our eligibility confirmation tool. If you live in an eligible postcode, you will see the discounted fare on the route for which you are eligible. For members residing in Queensland your regional fares are applicable on return Economy Choice and Flex (Fare Class Q and Y) bookings to Brisbane. For members residing in Western Australia your regional fares are applicable on return Economy Choice and Flex (Fare Class Q and Y) bookings to Perth. For members residing in the Northern Territory your regional fares are applicable on return Economy Choice and Flex (Fare Class Q and Y) bookings to Adelaide. The regional fare discounts are not applicable when combined with Lite fares and are not available for Reward Seats.
