UpgradeMe Premium Bid upgrades cannot be transferred or cancelled. If you choose to cancel or change your flight you will not be refunded or credited for your successful upgrade offer.

Refunds will only be issued if you were successfully awarded an upgrade, but we were unable to accommodate your upgrade on your flight, or if your flight was cancelled and we were unable to reaccommodate you and your upgrade on the next available flight.
