Access:

Where to purchase: 

• Single entry lounge passes can be purchased at Lounge reception.

Pricing: 

• Adult Pass: $65
• Child Pass (ages 2–17): $45
• Infants (under 2 years): Free

Conditions:

• Passes are valid for one single entry into the lounge per person and do not include additional complimentary guests.
• Single entry passes are not valid to access the lounge on arrival.

Important: Our lounges open 60 mins before the first flight departure and access is always subject to space availability and operational constraints.

Access:

• Velocity Platinum and Platinum Plus members can enjoy complimentary lounge access before a same-day Virgin Australia flight.
• Velocity Platinum Plus and Platinum members can invite three additional guests, plus up to three children aged between 2 to 17 years. Infants under the age of 2 can enter for free.
• Subject to space availability, Velocity Platinum Plus and Platinum members and their invited guests may also access the lounge at the arrival port for up to 60 minutes after their Virgin Australia flight arrival time.

Premium Entry:

• Access to Premium Entry is also available when departing from Brisbane – view opening hours.

Important: Invited guests do not need to be travelling but must enter and leave the lounge at the same time as the Velocity Platinum Plus and Platinum member.

Access:

• Velocity Gold members can enjoy complimentary lounge access before a same-day Virgin Australia flight.
• Velocity Gold members can invite one additional guest, plus up to three children aged between 2 to 17 years. Infants under the age of 2 can enter for free.
• Subject to space availability, Velocity Gold members and their invited guests may also access the lounge at the arrival port for up to 60 minutes after their Virgin Australia flight arrival time.

Premium Entry:

• Access to Premium Entry is also available when departing from Brisbane – view opening hours.

Important: Invited guests do not need to be travelling but must enter and leave the lounge at the same time as the Velocity Gold member.

Access:

• Velocity Silver members can enjoy complimentary lounge access before a same-day Virgin Australia flight using their 2 single entry lounge passes.
• Access on arrival is not permitted.

Passes:

• Passes are preloaded onto their Velocity account per membership year and are valid for 12 months.
• Each pass is valid for one single entry into the lounge per person, aged 2 years and above. 
• When using a pass for an additional guest, they must be flying on a same day Virgin Australia flight. To redeem passes, please provide your Velocity Frequent Flyer number and a valid boarding pass to the Lounge team at reception.

Access:

• Virgin Australia Business Class guests can enjoy complimentary lounge access before a same-day Virgin Australia flight.
• No additional guests are permitted.
• Subject to space availability, Business Class guests may also access the lounge at the arrival port for up to 60 minutes after their Virgin Australia flight arrival time.

Premium Entry:

• Access to Premium Entry is also available when departing from Brisbane – view opening hours.

Access:

• Lounge members, Lifetime Lounge members and Senior Lifetime Lounge members can enjoy complimentary lounge access before a same-day Virgin Australia flight.
• Complimentary access pre-departure is available for the member and one additional guest, plus up to three children aged between 2 to 17 years. Infants under the age of 2 can enter for free.
• Subject to space availability, Lounge members, Lifetime Lounge members, Senior Lifetime Lounge members and their invited guests may also access the lounge at the arrival port for up to 60 minutes after their Virgin Australia flight arrival time.

• Access on arrival is not permitted.

Link Airways

Travelling on a Link airways operated, marketed, and ticketed flight – holding a Link Airways boarding pass with a FC flight number: access to the Virgin Australia lounge is permitted in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, and Sydney when you are travelling on Y, B, H and K fare classes only. (Flexible and Freedom fares). Single entry lounge passes can be purchased for all other fare classes.

Travelling on a Virgin Australia codeshare flight operated by Link Airways with a VA flight number from VA4000 – VA4099. Access to the Virgin Australia lounge is permitted for eligible guests which include, Virgin Australia Beyond, Velocity Platinum Plus, Velocity Platinum, Velocity Gold, Virgin Australia Lounge members, Velocity Silver using passes and eligible Credit Card partner guests. (Partner Airline members not permitted).

Travelling on a Virgin Australia marketed, and Link Airways operated flight when holding a Virgin Australia boarding pass with a VA flight number, excluding flight numbers VA4000 – VA4099, access is permitted to the Virgin Australia Lounge for eligible guests which include, Virgin Australia Beyond, Velocity Platinum Plus, Velocity Platinum, Velocity Gold, Virgin Australia Lounge members, Velocity Silver using passes, eligible Partner Airline members, and eligible Credit Card partner guests.

• Access is for the Primary card holder + 1 additional guest. Your guest must be travelling on the same Virgin Australia flight. Additional guests are any guests aged 2 years and over. Infants under the age of 2 can enter for free.
• Entry is subject to space availability.
• Access on arrival is not permitted.

You will pay for the room hire only if you are eligible to enter the lounge based on your status:

• Platinum Plus and Platinum members are entitled to 3 additional guests
• Gold members are entitled to 1 additional guest
• Lounge members are entitled to 1 additional guest

Additional guests are $65.00 per person (non-eligible members and guests).

To book you will need to be flying on a same day Virgin Australia flight and be a Velocity Frequent Flyer member.
