ā€œBook with United through our Business Flyer portal, for example, and you can get up to a 10% discount2. Qatar, for example, is 5%3. Great for your bottom line, and they’re savings you can reinvest into your business and people.ā€

4Virgin Australia Business Flyer IHG Business Edge Status Upgrade Offer:

6Virgin Australia Business Flyer and DiDi Trip Earn Terms & Conditions

Virgin Australia Business Flyer members (ā€œBusiness Memberā€) can earn 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on the ā€œBase Fareā€ for DiDi rides:

  • taken within Australia; and
  • booked via the DiDi profile of an individual connected with a Business Member, which includes the Business Member’s registered Australian Business Number (ā€œABNā€) and where the relevant individual’s selected Velocity Points earning loyalty program within their DiDi account is Virgin Australia Business Flyer at the time of booking.

The ā€œBase Fareā€ means the final fee (after any other discounts or promotions have been applied) paid by the individual connected with the Business Member for the ride, excluding any taxes (including GST), tolls, airport fees or other third party charges.

The Business Member’s ABN as recorded on their Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership account must match the ABN registered to the relevant individual’s DiDi customer profile.

If the Business Member meets the eligibility requirements for this offer, the bonus Velocity Points will be allocated to the Business Member’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership account within 31 days of the payment for the relevant ride.

Velocity Points will be awarded to the nominated Velocity Business account, which is linked to the relevant Archa Rewards account at the time of the relevant earn activity. Velocity Points will be allocated to the member’s account within 30 business days of completing the relevant earn activity, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific campaign. Velocity Points are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

To transfer your Archa points to Velocity Points, you must be a current Velocity Business member and have linked your business’ Archa Rewards account and Velocity Business account. Membership and Points earn are subject to the Velocity Business and Velocity Frequent Flyer membership Terms and Conditions, and any changes to the Member benefits and features, including Points earn with Archa, will be governed by those Terms and Conditions. 8Moneytech Partner Terms & Conditions: Settle a finance facility with Moneytech and Virgin Australia Business Flyer members can earn Velocity Points:

1.Ā Ā  Ā Ā Ā Ā  Trade finance, debtor finance or term loan and/or equipment finance:​

  • $500,001+ = 200,000 Points​
  • $250,001-$500,000 = 100,000 Points​
  • Less than $250,000 = 10,000 Points​

2.Ā Ā  Ā Ā Ā  Line of credit (LOC): 10,000 Points per LOC​.

3.Ā Ā  Ā Ā Ā  Ongoing Line of Credit: 1 Point for every $20 drawn​.

Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated. For ongoing lines of credit, the total Points awarded is calculated by applying the Points earn rate to the number of $20 increments you have drawn, with increments of less than $20 rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, a draw of $22.50 would earn 20 Velocity Points (1 x $20 increment, with the additional $2.50 is carried forward until the next $20 increment is reached (if any).

Velocity Points will be awarded to the nominated Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, which is linked to the relevant Moneytech account at the time of the relevant earn activity. Velocity Points will be allocated to the member’s account within 30 business days of completing the relevant earn activity, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific campaign. 9Pay.com.au Partner Terms & Conditions: Earn 1 Velocity Point for your business for every 2.5 PayRewards Points transferred to your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account. The total Points awarded is calculated by applying the Velocity Points earn rate to the number of PayRewards Points by increments of 2.5. For example, 1250 PayRewards Points would earn 500 Velocity Points. Any PayRewards Points balance less than 1250 cannot be transferred to your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account until the minimum points balance of 1250 has been reached. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated.Ā 

Velocity Points will be awarded to the nominated Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, which is linked to the relevant PayRewards account at the time of the relevant earn activity. 10Virgin Australia Business Flyer and HungryHungry Partner Terms and ConditionsĀ 

Virgin Australia Business Flyer has partnered with HungryHungry to permit hospitality businesses signed up with HungryHungry to earn Velocity Points for their business as follows:

a)Ā  Ā Sign Up Offer – If your hospitality business becomes or is an existingĀ Virgin Australia Business Flyer member (Member), and enters into a new Service Agreement with a minimum 24 month term with HungryHungry, it could earn a sign-up bonus of 3,334 Velocity Points per month over a 12-month period, provided that the account remains active. Bonus Velocity Points are credited in arrears in 12 equal monthly instalments up to a maximum of 40,008 Velocity Points. HungryHungry hospitality business partners will have 60 days after sign-up to HungryHungry to link theirĀ Virgin Australia Business Flyer account and properly notify HungryHungry, if not already a Member.

b)Ā  Ā Ongoing Earn – Members operating under a Service Agreement with a minimum 12 month term with HungryHungry may also earn Velocity Points on an ongoing basis, when the linked hospitality business uses the HungryHungry platform at a rate of 1 Velocity Point for every eligible $1 spent on service fees to HungryHungry (including any GST, value added tax, sales tax or similar taxes).

Please allow up to 30 business days after completing the relevant earn activity for Velocity Points to be allocated. Velocity Points are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
