VIRGIN AUSTRALIA NAMED MOST TRUSTED TRAVEL & TOURISM BRAND BY ROY MORGAN IN 2025
Thursday 11 September 2025: Virgin Australia has been recognised as the Most Trusted Travel & Tourism Brand in the 2025 Roy Morgan Trusted Brand Awards.
This is the third year in a row Virgin Australia has received the honour, reflecting the trust Australians continue to place in the airline’s commitment to customer service, transparency, and reliability.
The Roy Morgan Trusted Brand Awards are based on in-depth research with thousands of Australians, identifying brands that demonstrate strong levels of consumer trust across a wide range of industries.
Virgin Australia Chief Marketing Officer, Libby Minogue said: “We are incredibly grateful to be recognised as Australia’s Most Trusted Travel & Tourism Brand again in 2025,” said Ms. Minogue.
“This recognition reflects the trust our guests place in us every day, and it’s something we’ll never take for granted.

Roy Morgan CEO Michele Levine congratulated Virgin Australia on another victory as Australia’s Most Trusted Travel and Tourism Brand: “Virgin Australia has won the coveted Roy Morgan Most Trusted Travel and Tourism Brand Award for the third straight year – building on victories in 2023 and 2024,” said Ms Levine.

“Travellers on Virgin Australia rated the airline highly for trust and credited Virgin Australia as ‘Down-to-earth, approachable, and with a good track record’ and ‘Virgin Australia are the most reliable of airlines in terms of flight times and, when cancelled, they’re quick to offer compensation without even being prompted.’ – qualities that propelled the airline to the most trusted brand in travel and tourism in 2023 where it has remained ever since,” she said.
Roy Morgan, the independent market research firm based in Melbourne, conducts annual surveys across thousands of Australians to track brand trust across multiple industries. The Trusted Brand Awards highlight organisations that maintain strong consumer confidence in a rapidly changing market.
