Apply via the Virgin Australia Careers website
The first step is to apply via our careers website. There you’ll find current openings and be able to submit your application of expression of interest and respond to questions that we ask to understand your experience and qualifications.
Application reviewed by our talent team
Once your application or expression of interest is submitted, it’ll be reviewed by one of our talent team against the eligibility criteria.
Complete a video interview
After your application or expression of interest has been reviewed, you may be invited to complete a video interview. Done in your own time via your desktop, mobile or tablet, the video interview is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and ask more questions that relate to the role.
Attend an Assessment Centre
The next stage in the Pilot recruitment process is to attend an Assessment Centre, where you’ll participate in a variety of activities that measure your level of competency against key section criteria, your behaviours and team dynamics, and includes a simulator assessment.
After the Assessment Centre, your performance in the different assessments will be reviewed in line with our assessment criteria and you’ll be advised of the outcome.
