Location and hours

Open Monday – Friday, from 5.00am - 10.00am.
Brisbane Premium Entry is located on Level 1 of the Domestic Terminal.

Arrival

Enter the Virgin Australia lounge, through the Premium Entry outside or through the general entrance past priority security screening opposite Gate 41.
Travelling with checked baggage? Please visit our Priority Check-in counter inside the main departures hall where a team member will check-in your baggage.
