Departure Information	Virgin Australia counters operate from Mon - Wed 5am-8.30pm, Thurs - Fri 5am-9:45pm, Sat 5am-11am & 3pm - 8:30pm, and Sun 5am - 9:45pm. Our staff are available to process bookings and changes during these times.
Arrival Information	Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals Hall on the Ground floor. Information monitors display flight carousel numbers for baggage collection points. Baggage Services is located in the Arrivals Hall, Ground floor.

Toilets	Toilets are located throughout the airports, disabled toilet facilities are also available.
Baby Change Rooms	Baby change rooms are located throughout the airport
ATMs	Automatic teller machines (ATMs) are located throughout the airport
Currency Exchange	Located throughout in the arrivals hall, or pre-order your currency before you depart.
Business Facilities	The Virgin Australia lounge offers meeting rooms for lounge Members to hire seven days a week. View more information on meeting rooms within the lounge.
Assistance	Guests requiring assistance can be escorted to and from departure/arrival gates. Ask a team member for assistance.
