Sydney Lounge Premium Entry

Location and hours

Open Monday – Friday from 5.00am to 8.00am
Sydney Premium Entry is located on the departures level, just beyond the set down area at the far end of Terminal 2.

Arrival

When you arrive at Premium Entry you will be expressed through a dedicated security screening point.
Then greeted by one of our team members who will check you into the Virgin Australia lounge and your flight at a private reception desk.
You can then choose to enter the Virgin Australia lounge, through the Premium Entry outside or through the general entrance to the right of the main security screening point inside Terminal 2.
Travelling with checked baggage? Please visit our Priority Check-in counter inside the main departures hall where a team member will check in your baggage.

Brisbane Lounge Premium Entry

Location and hours

Open Monday – Friday, from 5.00am - 10.00am.
Brisbane Premium Entry is located on Level 1 of the Domestic Terminal.

Arrival

Enter the Virgin Australia lounge, through the Premium Entry outside or through the general entrance past priority security screening opposite Gate 41.
Travelling with checked baggage? Please visit our Priority Check-in counter inside the main departures hall where a team member will check-in your baggage.
