Fees and surcharge overview
Below is an explanation of all optional Fees and Surcharges that may apply when booking with and travelling on Virgin Australia.
Booking and service fees
Payments by credit card, debit card and PayPal attract a Booking and Service Fee when booked via www.virginaustralia.com or through the Virgin Australia Guest Contact Centre which will be added to the total price of your fare when you select your credit card type on the payment screen. Amount is charged per person, per booking excluding infants. Fee is not charged for bookings in USD.
The Booking and Service fee covers a range of costs, activities, fees and charges in relation to the booking, including (among other things) the reasonable costs of accepting card payments.
