How do I know what membership tier my Business Flyer account is currently at?
Virgin Australia Business Flyer has three tiers, which determine the Points earn rate and benefits a business is entitled to‡.
A business’s membership tier is determined by the amount spent on eligible flights travelled over a 12-month period^^. Members can see what their current membership tier status is by logging into the Booking Portal, or the Rewards Portal.
A Virgin Australia Business Flyer account will automatically move up or down a tier based on current annual flight spend, and whether or not this exceeds the threshold of that tier. If your account tier is upgraded, this will happen on the same day that your spend level exceeds the threshold, and the Key Contact will be notified through email. If your account is downgraded, this will happen on the same day as your annual Tier review, and the Key Contact will be notified through email.
