*Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership is available to businesses with an active ABN/ACN and an Australian business address that spend less than $300K per annum on flights with Virgin Australia and eligible airline partners. The business cannot be a Superannuation fund, travel agent, travel management company, travel wholesaler, air travel consolidator or anyone re-selling air travel. †Promotion is valid between 12:01am AEST 1 April 2024 to 11:59pm AEST 30th June 2024 (inclusive) (Promotion Period).
To be eligible for this Promotion:
1. Entrants will need to be an authorised representative of a member account within the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Program, and have received an email containing the Promotion directly from Virgin Australia Airlines.
2. An authorised representative of the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member account must register the member account for the Promotion by visiting the opt-in form during the Promotion Period. The authorised representative will need to select one of three rewards:
a. 100,000 Velocity Points to be distributed to Virgin Australia Business Flyer account Key Contact or
b. 100,000 Velocity Points to be distributed to the representative’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer account or
c. $1,000 Travel Bank Credit to be distributed to the representative’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, available for use when booking directly through the Booking Portal
Travel Bank credits are only available when booking directly through the Virgin Australia Business Flyer booking portal.
3. Once registered via the opt-in form, the Virgin Australia Business Flyer account must meet the following book, spend and travel requirements on Eligible Flights:
a. $5,000 or more on Eligible Flights flown between 1 May – 31st May 2024 and
b. $5,000 or more on Eligible Flights flown between 1 June 2024 – 30th June 2024.
Flights can be booked from 2 April 2024 for travel in May and June 2024. Flights booked before a member account has been registered for the Promotion will not count towards meeting the spend and travel requirements.
An Eligible Flight must be:
A. any domestic or short haul international flight marketed and operated by Virgin Australia, booked through the VA.com website (ABN must be entered at time of booking), the Virgin Australia Business Flyer booking portal or via the member’s nominated Travel Management Company;
B. in a fare class that accrues Velocity Points; and
C. booked within the Offer Booking Period.
Reward seats and codeshare services marketed or operated by partner airlines do not constitute an Eligible Flight and spend on these flights will not count towards the spend requirements of this offer.
Travel Bank Credit is not redeemable for cash and is subject to the Travel Bank terms and conditions. Velocity Points or Travel Bank Credits will be distributed after the Promotion Period and after validation of required Eligible Flight spend and travel. Please allow up to 4 weeks after the Promotion Period has ended to be awarded Velocity Points or Travel Bank Credits to qualifying accounts. Promotion only available to selected Virgin Australia Business Flyer members who are invited to opt-in to the offer. Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Velocity membership T&Cs apply.
