All bookings for Hearing or Vision Impaired Guests must be made via the Guest Contact Centre, whether travelling with or without a guide or assistance dog. Guide and assistance dogs are subject to special travel requirements so please refer to information on travelling with Guide or Assistance Dogs.

Your safety and comfort is important to us, so please tell us if your sight or hearing is impaired. This way we can ensure our Airport staff and Cabin Crew know you may require assistance with boarding or disembarking the aircraft.
