It is the guest’s responsibility to arrange travel for a carer. The carer will also be entitled to the internet rate when booking. Please contact the Guest Contact Centre for more information.

A carer helping you with your travel must be physically and mentally capable of assisting you:

*Due to Health & Safety requirements, our staff are unable to transfer guests who are over 130kg in weight. In these circumstances we can only assist with lower body transfers (guidance of the lower body/legs whilst transferring)
