Premium Valet Parking

Sydney Premium Valet is available exclusively to Virgin Australia Business Class, and 'The Business' guests as well as Velocity Platinum and Gold members. Just drive up to the drop-off point and be on your way.

Location and Opening Hours

Sydney Premium Valet is available seven days a week, from 45 minutes prior to our first flight departure, until our last flight is called for boarding. The drop-off point is located on Departures Road, just beyond the set down area at the western end of Terminal 2.

Vehicle collection is available seven days a week from 5:00am to 11:00pm. The collection desk is located at the southern end of Terminal 2's Departures Hall, adjacent to the Virgin Australia check-in counters.

How to Book

Premium Valet is available on demand at the airport – you do not need to book in advance.

For your convenience, you can choose to pre-purchase Premium Valet through the Sydney Airport online booking service. Select 'Domestic – Car Park 1 & 2' from the Car Park drop-down menu, followed by 'Virgin Australia Valet' on the next screen. Note: Specific Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made online.

Changing Your Premium Valet Booking

To change the date or time of your vehicle collection, call the Valet Office on (02) 9352 7419 between 5:00am and 11:00pm - (Sydney time) Monday to Sunday.

Terms and Conditions

Sydney Premium Valet is open Monday to Sunday, from 45 minutes prior to our first flight departure until our last flight is called for boarding. Premium Valet is available to Virgin Australia Business Class and Premium Economy guests and Velocity Platinum and Gold members only. Rates apply to the use of Premium Valet Services; rates are payable on collection of the vehicle from the Premium Valet collection desk (for on demand bookings), or at the time of booking through the Sydney Airport online booking service (for pre-purchased bookings). Specific Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through the online booking service, and are available at http://www.sydneyairport.com.au/go/car-parking/car-parks-terms-and-conditions.aspx. Rates are available above or at the Premium Valet drop-off and collection points. Rates are in Australian dollars and are based on calendar day periods, not 24-hour periods. Credit card payments will incur an additional $2.20 charge. Rates are correct as at 2 February 2015 and are subject to change without notice. Premium Valet at Sydney Domestic Terminal 2 is operated by Wilson Parking Australia 1992 PTY LTD ABN 67 052 475 911, on behalf of Sydney Airport Corporation Limited ABN 62 082 578 809. The contract for the provision of Premium Valet Services is between the individual using the Services and Sydney Airport Corporation Limited. The Sydney Airport Corporation Limited Car Park Conditions of Use apply, as displayed at the Premium Valet drop-off and collection points. Changes to Premium Valet bookings (for example, changes to the vehicle collection date and time) can only be made by the individual using the Premium Valet Services, and can only be communicated by calling the Premium Valet Office between 5:00am and 11:00pm (Sydney time) Monday to Sunday, on (02) 9352 7419.

Brisbane Premium Valet is available to all Virgin Australia guests. You do not need to pre-book Premium Valet. Just drive up and be on your way.

Location and Opening Hours

Premium Valet is located on Hibiscus Street, at the southern end of the Domestic Terminal.

Directions to Premium Valet, when approaching from Airport Drive:

  1. Follow the signs to the International Terminal
  2. At the roundabout next to the International Terminal continue straight ahead on Airport Drive (toward the Domestic Terminal)
  3. Continue approximately 1km further along Airport Drive
  4. Turn right onto Chloris Street
  5. Take the first left off Chloris Street, onto a service road
  6. Turn right at the end of the service road, onto Hibiscus Street
  7. Follow Hibiscus Street around to the southern end of the Domestic Terminal, where the driveway entrance to Premium Valet is located.

A guest pickup and drop off zone is not available in the Premium Valet area. Drivers may pick up and drop off travelling guests on the Airport Departure / Pick up access road located at front of the Brisbane Domestic terminal.

Premium Valet is available to all Virgin Australia Guests. Rates apply to the use of Premium Valet Services and are payable on collection of the vehicle from Premium Valet Reception. Rates are available above and at Premium Valet Reception. Rates are in Australian dollars and are based on 24-hour periods. Rates are correct as at 31 August 2015 and are subject to change without notice. Premium Valet at Brisbane Domestic Terminal is operated by Secure Parking Pty Ltd (ACN 108 043 689) as a trustee for the Secure Kings Unit Trust (ACN 31 669 236 037), on behalf of Brisbane Airport Corporation Pty Ltd ABN 54 076 870 650. The contract for the provision of Premium Valet Services is between the individual using the Services and Brisbane Airport Corporation. The Brisbane Airport Car Parks Terms & Conditions apply, as displayed at the entrance to Premium Valet. Changes to Premium Valet bookings (for example, changes to the vehicle collection date and time) can only be made by the individual using the Premium Valet Services, and can only be communicated by calling Premium Valet Reception between 5:00am and 11:00pm (Brisbane time) Monday to Sunday, on (07) 3114 4242.

Melbourne Premium Valet is available to all Virgin Australia guests. Guest may pre-book the Premium Valet service or just drive up to the drop-off point and be on your way.

Location and Opening Hours

Melbourne Premium Valet is located on Level 2 of the Multi Level Car Park. (Short-term Car Park).

  1. Follow the signs to Melbourne Airport.
  2. Continue to follow signs towards the Short term Parking.
  3. Enter the Short-term Multi-Level Car Park from Departure Drive / Arrivals Drive.
  4. Proceed to Level 2 of the Short-term Multi Level Car Park
  5. Follow signage to the Premium Valet vehicle drop-off area. Located at the beginning of the pedestrian bridge leading to the Virgin Australia terminal.

Melbourne Premium Valet is open Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day.

How to Book

Premium Valet is available on demand at the airport – you do not need to book in advance.

For your convenience, you can choose to pre-purchase Melbourne Premium Valet through the Melbourne Airport online booking service.

  • Select entry and exit parking times to receive a quote.
  • Select Book now for the Virgin Australia Premium Valet service from the Car Park options menu
  • Enter customer and payment details.
  • An email will be sent confirming Premium Valet car parking details.

Perth Premium Valet is available to all Virgin Australia guests. You do not need to pre-book Premium Valet. Just drive up and be on your way.

Please note, Perth Premium Valet is currently operating under a three month trial basis from 29th May 2018.

Location and Opening Hours 

Premium Valet is located adjacent to Terminal 1, offering undercover, direct access to the Virgin Australia terminal. (T1)

Directions to Premium Valet, when approaching from Airport Drive:

  1. Follow the signs to T1 terminal.
  2. At the roundabout continue straight ahead on Horrie Miller Drive (towards T1)
  3. Stay in the far left lane and follow signs to Virgin Australia Valet Parking
  4. Turn left at the roundabout signed Virgin Australia Valet Parking. Take the second entrance on your right into Premium Valet

Premium Valet vehicles can be dropped off and collected at this convenient kerbside location. A guest pickup and drop off zone is not available in the Premium Valet area. Drivers may pick up and drop off travelling guests on the Airport Departure / Pick up access road located at front of the Perth T1 terminal.

Perth Premium Valet is available 7 days a week, 60 minutes prior to our first flight departure, until 30 minutes after the last arrival.

The contract for the provision of Premium Valet Services is between the individual using the Services and OCS Pty Ltd. To the extent permitted by any applicable laws, Virgin Australia are not liable for any– (i) loss or damage sustained to the motor vehicle or its contents or accessories howsoever caused; (ii) loss or damage sustained as a result of the Premium Valet services being unavailable; and (iii) loss arising out of or in any way connected to the provision of the valet services to you (whether arising from negligence or otherwise).
