V Australia’s Customers the Most Satisfied


V Australia has topped Roy Morgan Research’s latest Airline Satisfaction Report released today.

The report details V Australia’s customers are 91 per cent “very” or “fairly” satisfied for the 12 months to January 2011 ahead of other airlines that include Air New Zealand; Singapore Airlines; Malaysian; Qantas Airways; Thai Airways; Emirates and Cathay Pacific.

Virgin Blue Group of Airlines Group Executive of Corporate Communications Danielle Keighery said it was an outstanding result for an airline that had been operating for just two years.

“We know that we deliver an exceptional international product to our Guests, but it is gratifying to have this news confirmed in an industry report against airlines that have been in business for more than 20 years.
