Coined “The Adventure Capital of the World”, Queenstown hosts some of the globe’s best outdoor and thrill-seeking exploits.

Traverse the famous Dart River and World Heritage Listed area Mount Aspiring National Park on an exhilarating jet boat and canoe adventure. Take in the region with a bird’s-eye view, skydiving at speeds of up to 200 kilometres an hour. Discover outstanding alpine vistas on a breathtaking tree-to-tree zip-line course. Or overcome fear from 109 metres up, plummeting through a valley at 150 kilometres an hour on a canyon swing.

While adventure tends to be the area’s major drawcard, Queenstown also offers a number of impressive leisurely activities.

The city bustles with vibrant cosmopolitan and cultural opportunities. Travel by the Skyline Gondola on an unforgettably scenic route to the famous and spiritual Kiwi Haka Show. Soak up the tranquillity and majesty of Queenstown's world-class alpine scenery from spring-fed private hot pools at Coronet Peak Ski Field. Or take in Queenstown from a different perspective, feasting on the view and a buffet dinner 450 metres above the city.
