Children of all ages can enjoy the thrill of skiing and snowboarding as guided by specialised staff on a purpose-built beginner kid’s terrain. Adults are also catered for with single or multi-day class lessons available for all levels.
The park particularly encourages women to improve their skills and overcome their fears, with a special women-only course, facilitated in a fun and supportive environment. In addition, the resort offers alternative Snowplay activities like snow tubing, snowshoeing, tobogganing and snowman building.
Featuring a variety of terrains, Falls Creek also boasts a reputation as haven for advanced skiers and snowboarders. Boasting some of Australia’s biggest and most impressive snow sports features, the resort claims fame as the country’s freeride and freestyle capital.
Cross country and ski touring skiers who explore the resort’s surrounding back country and black diamond terrain are treated to a backdrop of some of the most world’s most beautiful mountain scenery. While the park’s superpipe attracts the world’s best and most adventurous snowboarders.

Offering 30 bars and restaurants, plus more than 4,200 beds right on the slopes, the village exudes an intimate European-style atmosphere, and allows visitors to slide straight from the fields, through the snow-covered village streets, right to their front door.
