Virgin Australia Webchat Service for Hong Kong and mainland China agents
 

Virgin Australia is pleased to announce the launch of our new webchat service available to trade partners located in Hong Kong and mainland China.

Webchat has been introduced to allow trade partners to chat with our team in real time to further assist and support with questions regarding;

• Fare Rule Clarifications
• Policy Interpretation and Advices
• Fare Reassessment Support
• Fare Quote Support
• Tax Quotes
• Troubleshooting
• Disruptions and Schedule Changes

Webchat is available between 0700 - 1700 Monday to Friday (local time) and supports both English and Traditional Chinese language.

Webchat can be accessed through the ‘contact us’ tab of the Virgin Australia Agency Hub, or via this link.

The airline is committed to continually improving how we engage and communicate with our trade partners and guests to deliver excellent customer service and is thrilled to be able to offer this service.

 
 
New Hong Kong SAR Sales Office location
 

Virgin Australia would like to inform trade partners of our new sales office location in Hong Kong, effective 30 August 2018. The new location is:

Virgin Australia is pleased to advise that international contact numbers are available to agents in Hong Kong for travel agents enquiries. Trade partners are reminded, for fares and ticketing support, Virgin Australia Industry Guest Support (VIGS) can assist with travel agent enquiries by phone Monday to Friday 0700 - 1700 Hong Kong time. Cantonese and Mandarin speaking staff also available.

This new service supports Virgin Australia’s BSP participation in Hong Kong.
