Self-service Kiosks at Select Domestic Airports
 

In an effort to improve our Customer Service experience, Virgin Australia is currently reviewing its self-service offering at select domestic airports across our network. As a result, from 1 June 2019, the self-service kiosks at the below domestic airports will no longer be available:

• Cairns (CNS)
• Canberra (CBR)
• Hobart (HBA)
• Launceston (LST)
• Mackay (MKY)
• Rockhampton (ROK)
• Townsville (TSV)

Virgin Australia advises guests departing from these airports to:

• Check-in online prior to proceeding to the airport; or
• Check-in with our Guest Services staff at the airport. Please allow additional time if checking-in at the airport.
