TRADE RELEASE 30 December 2019
Virgin Australia accelerate is Moving to OSI Tracking for GDS Bookings

Virgin Australia accelerate would like to remind agents that from 1 January 2020 tour code tracking will be replaced by OSI tracking for all bookings. This means you only have until 31 December 2019 to migrate to the new booking process before it is replaced.

This shift to OSI tracking means you will no longer need to enter a tour code when making a booking.

OSI tracking will provide you with:

• An easier and more efficient booking process;
• Optimised tracking ability; and
• Streamlined ticketing.

How to make a booking using OSI entries
