Adelaide Airport Information

Adelaide Airport is South Australia’s principal airport. Located adjacent to West Beach, it is approximately 6km west of the city centre, and can be accessed by various transport options, including:

  • Car Hire: Receive mates’ rates when you choose from a great choice of hire cars from our car partners.
  • Taxi: A taxi rank is located directly out the front of T1 on the ground level. Concierges provide a safe environment and allocate taxis to passengers. There is a $2 fee added to fares leaving the airport.
  • Private Chauffeur Service: Enjoy chauffeur service and private sedan transfers thanks to our partner Brunel.
  • Buses: The JetBus service picks up and drops off from a bus stop on ground level, directly outside T1, adjacent the domestic baggage carousels. The JetBus travels to and from the city, Glenelg and the north-eastern suburbs. Single trip and daytrip tickets can be purchased from bus drivers.
