Please complete this booking request form and attach proof of your Bonza booking (invoice or booking confirmation with destination and date of travel). Once your Bonza booking has been validated, a customer service representative will contact you in 1-2 business days and help you find the most suitable flight.

*Terms & conditions

  • Customer must be in a location in which they do not reside and hold a current booking with Bonza for a flight that will return the customer to their original port of departure (Eligible Bonza Customer).
  • Subject to space available (standby availability), Virgin Australia will offer an Eligible Bonza Customer an Economy class seat on a Virgin Australia operated flight, to a port (where Virgin Australia operates) nearest to customer’s original destination with Bonza.
  • Virgin Australia will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a customer is an Eligible Bonza Customer and whether space is available on a Virgin Australia operated flight for the Eligible Bonza Customer.
  • Flights are subject to Virgin Australia’s Conditions of Carriage, Economy Choice fare rules, Baggage Policy, Privacy Policy and other relevant policies, which are located on the Virgin Australia website at www.virginaustralia.com.
  • If a customer requires specific assistance, they must notify a Virgin Australia customer service representative of their requirements.  Refer to our website for more information about assistance which Virgin Australia can provide.
