Virgin Australia assists affected Tiger passengers


Virgin Australia will accommodate Tiger passengers on current services where possible and put on additional services over the course of the coming week.

Virgin Australia will also offer special fares to Tiger Airways passengers affected by the suspension of Tiger’s domestic services. The special fares will be for travel until July 8 and are subject to availability.

Affected Tiger passengers are advised to email their itinerary through to our Guest Contact Centre – further detail is available at our website: http://www.virginaustralia.com/servicedisruption/index.htm.

For Tiger passengers already at the airport who are looking to transfer onto a Virgin Australia flight, we will provide a dedicated queue at Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide airports. At all other airports where Virgin Australia operates, Tiger Passengers are advised to go to the Virgin Australia Service Desk.
