Departure Information	Domestic: Virgin Australia counters are staffed Mon-Fri 5:00am - 9:00pm Sat 5:00am - 8:00pm Sun 5:00am - 9:00pm During these times staff are available to process bookings and changes. Note: Staff are unable to accept cash or EFTPOS payments after 8:00pm. International: Virgin Australia International counters are staffed 3 hours prior to departure for flights to Los Angles and Abu Dhabi. Counters for all other international flights and manned 2 hours prior to departure. Staff are available at this time to process bookings or changes.
Arrival Information	Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals Hall. Information monitors display flight carousel numbers for baggage collection points. Baggage Services is located in the Arrivals Hall, Ground floor.
Transfer Between Terminals	Train passes are available for all connecting Virgin Australia flights and a bus service is available for all connecting Virgin Australia International flights.
The Virgin Australia lounge	Virgin Australia Terminal Sydney Domestic Airport, through security, immediately to your right or via escalator from the food court on the concourse level. Select Guests can also access Sydney Lounge Premium Entry and Premium Valet, with direct kerbside lounge access at the western end of Terminal 2 on Departures Road.
