Please note: Bookings made prior to 12 January 2013 cannot be managed online. To change or cancel your booking please phone our Guest Contact Centre on 13 6789, or fill out our Feedback Form.

All bookings can be viewed online via Retrieve Bookings Details.

Check-in

Depending on the Virgin Australia service you have booked, we have a number of ways you can check in for your flight.

Change Booking

The flexibility of your booking depends on the fare family purchased. Changes can only be made to certain fares and may attract fees and surcharges.

Cancel Booking

All bookings can be cancelled; however some bookings are non-refundable or may attract cancellations fees and surcharges.

Retrieve Booking Details

International long haul guests may access their booking details by the retrieve booking application. Review your payment details or select a seat.

Add Baggage

Add checked baggage before the airport to secure a lower rate, and the guarantee that your baggage will be carried on your flight.

Select a Seat

To make your flight as comfortable as possible you can now select your preferred seat before departure (for eligible guests only).
