Change of Name and ASX Code (ASX: VAH)

At the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 23 November 2011, shareholders approved a special resolution to change the name of the Company from Virgin Blue Holdings Limited to Virgin Australia Holdings Limited. The change of name was registered with Australian Securities Investments Commission on 2nd December 2011.

The ASX code also changed from VBA to VAH from Wednesday 7 December 2011.
