If you have a medical condition which could affect your ability to evacuate the aircraft in an emergency, or to understand Cabin Crew instructions you may need to travel with a Safety Assistant.
Similarly, while our Cabin Crew can assist in moving about the cabin and opening or identifying food, we are unable to assist with toileting, eating or administering medication during flight. If you require assistance with these tasks you should travel with someone who can assist you.
