Location	Rotorua International Airport Te Ngae Rd, Rotorua
Departure Information	For International departures, check-in no later than 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. If you are connecting through to the USA you will need to check in no later than 2 hours prior to your departure. For Domestic departures, check in no later than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. If you have a connecting International flight, please check in no later than 60 minutes prior to the departure of your Domestic flight.
Arrival Information	Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals Hall. Baggage Services is located in the Arrivals Hall, Ground floor.
The Virgin Australia lounge	Lounge facilities are not available at this airport.

Taxi	Taxi’s are located directly outside the Domestic Terminal
Car Rentals	Car hire desks located inside the terminal. Pre-book your rental and save.

Toilets	Toilets are located throughout the airport, disabled toilet facilities are also available.
Baby Change Rooms	Baby change rooms are located throughout the airport, near the toilet facilities.
Internet	Prepaid wi-fi vouchers are available from the Airport Development Levy desk and pay for use computer stations also located inside the airport terminal.
ATMs	There is an ATM located at the airport.
Duty Free	Duty Free shopping located within departure and arrival halls at the airport
Currency Exchange	Located within the airport, or you can pre-order your currency before you depart.
Assistance	Guests requiring assistance can be escorted to and from departure/arrival gates. Ask a team member for assistance.
