Carry-on Baggage Allowance
All guests flying with Virgin Australia can travel with up to 7kg of carry-on baggage.

Liquids
The Australian Government has enhanced security measures in place, which limit the amount of liquids, aerosols, and/or gels you can take onboard in your carry-on baggage.

We have specific rules in place regarding pet travel. Only domestic dogs and cats can travel; and only on our Domestic services.
Medical Clearance
There are some medical conditions that restrict travel or require clearance from a medical practitioner before travel.
Children Traveling Alone
Unaccompanied Minors can only be booked on our Domestic services, and certian conditions apply.

Extra Legroom Information
Economy guests travelling on our Domestic and Short-haul International flights have the option to stretch out and relax with up to 25% more legroom in our Extra Legroom seats.
Onboard Menu
We have partnered with celebrity chef Luke Mangan, and have sourced a gourmet range of snacks, meals and beverages, for our onboard menu.
