Virgin Australia Announces Extra Flights for Grand Finals Weekend

Virgin Australia, the official airline of the AFL, today announced eight additional flights between Melbourne and Sydney to provide additional travel options for supporters this Grand Final weekend.

The following flights are now for sale at www.virginaustralia.com, representing more than 1,200 additional seats across the weekend:

Saturday, 29 September –

• DJ810: Sydney to Melbourne (departs 7:15am, arrives 8:50am)
• DJ832: Sydney to Melbourne (departs 10:15am, arrives 11:50am)
• DJ821: Melbourne to Sydney (departs 8:15am, arrives 9:40am)
• DJ829: Melbourne to Sydney (departs 9:30am, arrives 10:55am)

Sunday, 30 September –

• DJ829: Melbourne to Sydney (departs 9:15am, arrives 10:40am)
• DJ833: Melbourne to Sydney (departs 10:00am, arrives 11:25am)
• DJ836: Sydney to Melbourne (departs 11:15am, arrives 12:50pm)
• DJ840: Sydney to Melbourne (departs 12:30pm, arrives 2:05pm)
