Travel insurance charges are based on a number of variables, such as destination, duration of travel and the type of cover. For a detailed quote, please visit Virgin Australia's comprehensive insurance provider.

Carbon Offset Charges

Carbon offset charges vary from flight to flight. If you would like to offset your flight, all you have to do is click on the option add a Carbon Offset to your booking while on the Travel Extras page when making your booking via our website. Once added this will advise you of the emissions associated with your flight and the cost of offsetting these emissions.

You may also be required to pay taxes or fees or charges not already collected.

Depending on the fare type, cabin class and route booked Virgin Australia offer a range of food and beverage choices on services.

If food and beverage is not included in a guests fare type, cabin class or route this is available for purchase. Please see our Onboard Menu for more details.
