In-flight Entertainment (“IFE”)
Terms & Conditions

Virgin Australia offers IFE on selected aircraft which may be included in your fare for Guests travelling on a Flexi or Premium/Business fare. IFE may be available for purchase onboard for Guests travelling on a Saver fare on a flight over 2 hours;

• live2air: $9.90 AU by credit card or $10 AU in cash on board; and
• Portable Media Player: $15 NZ or AU onboard.

It is common for our Guests to experience various types of In-flight Entertainment, for example;

• on selected Virgin Australia domestic routes some 737 aircraft offer live2air;
• on some Asia Pacific routes some 737 aircraft a portable media player loaded with content may be available for hire; and
• on some Coast to Coast services are operated by an A330 aircraft which offers seatback screens loaded with content.

IFE is available on 50% of Virgin Australia aircraft and Virgin Australia accepts no responsibility for content, or IFE interruptions or system outages caused by, (including but not limited to) turbulence, power or signal failure. ‘live2air’ is not available on any A330, E170, E190 or ATR aircraft types.
