  • For multiple flight journeys, baggage will be tagged to the final destination. Guests will need to collect their baggage at their first point of entry when arriving into Australia or New Zealand.
  • Guests checking in for multiple flights within the same journey will be provided with a transfer wallet – with information on how to transfer from one flight or terminal to another. Note: Your baggage will be tagged through to your final destination., If you are holding a boarding pass for your connecting flight, please proceed to Security, otherwise, please go to the check-in counter of the airlines operating your onward flight.
  • Guests who elect to use a self-service kiosk to check in for an Air New Zealand onward Domestic flight, will need to remove their old baggage tags and replace them with the new tags generated at the kiosk.
