Please note: Bookings made prior to 12 January 2013 cannot be managed online. To change or cancel your booking please Contact Us.

All bookings can be viewed online via Retrieve Bookings Details.

The flexibility of your booking depends on the fare family you have booked. Changes – such as name changes, flight changes and fare type changes – can only be made to certain fares and may attract fees and surcharges.

For specific information please refer to the fare rules on your itinerary or to our Fees and Surcharges policy.

Note: If your original booking was made through a travel agent, you must contact the travel agent to make changes to your booking.

Changes to all Virgin Australia flight bookings made after 12 January 2013 can be managed online or by contacting our Guest Contact Centre.
